Find It In Fernie

My name is Shannon Takacs. I was born and raised here in British Columbia, dividing my time between the city of Victoria on the Pacific coast and the small town of Creston in Southern BC. Since then I have travelled widely, including a few years living in Europe.
Find It In Fernie was conceived whilst in Europe. On hearing where I was from, people would invariably ask “what are you doing here if you come from there?” I started daydreaming about how much fun I would have taking those enthusiastic people on a personal tour of British Columbia, showing them all of our little local secrets.
My goal is to enhance your visit in Fernie and the surrounding area. I want you to feel like you have shared in a true local experience.
With so much to see and do, it would be easy to get lost in the choices.
